Shaver - for bonded semi-conductive screen 244750/244760
Two universal tools for the removal of the semi-conductive layer (bonded-vulcanised type) on medium/high voltage XPLE insulated cables. The tools are equipped with a spring-loaded sliding block, which compensates for oval shaped cables. The tool stops shaving when it reaches a selected stop point on the cable. The cutting blade is machined in such a way to ensure a smooth finish without irregularities.
