Cable Rollers

Power and communication cables are often laid in open trenches. Roads and ground conditions have been taken into consideration when the Cable Rollers where designed and manufactured. Abrasion resistant aluminium alloy rollers run maintenance free on dirt and dust-proof bearings. Due to pronounced groove in rollers lateral stability during cable guiding is much greater than for steel rollers with lesser grooving.

Cable Drum Transport & Laying Trailer

This sturdy cable drum transport and laying trailer allows to take up the cable drums directly, even on rough terrain. Good load width for cable drums and sufficient ground clearance for cross country drives. At site drum can be unreeled immediately. Load Capacity = 7 000 kp. Max drum diameter 3200mm. Clear loading width 1700 mm. Trailer can be delivered dismantled (for container shipment).

Cable Drum Winches

Practical winches (two versions) can be supplied with 10kN or 16kN pulling force. Electrical or Petrol powered motor. Cut off mechanism for max pull load on the cable guarantees exact control of the force and safety of the cable. When preset limit reached, pulling operation automatically stops. Pulling Force = 0 – 10 kN. Pulling Speed 0-24m – 0-40m /min. Optional extras available to carry out various functions.
